Holiday House Tour December 8, 2018  


The WCW-sponsored Woodbury Holiday House Tour, held annually, draws visitors from all around the State. Each year it raises funds for a range of local charities, including scholarships and the community food and fuel bank.

Advance tickets for our 24th anniversary Holiday House Tour go on sale in November.  Advance tickets may be purchased for $30 at multiple locations - Woodbury at Canfield Corner Pharmacy, Curtis House, Woodbury Drug and Woodbury Farm Market, Walker Road Winery and The Hidden Acorn.  They may also be purchased at Newbury Place in Southbury, Town Apothecary in Bethlehem, Roxbury Market & Deli in Roxbury, Hickory Stick Bookshop and Newbury Place in Washington Depot, The Village Restaurant in Litchfield and at Yankee Quilters in Seymour. 

Advance tickets may also be purchased by mail by sending a check made out to "The Woman's Club of Woodbury Holiday House Tour," along with a stamped self-addressed envelope to: The Woman's Club of Woodbury Holiday House Tour, P.O. Box 1014, Woodbury, CT, 06798. Please include a phone number. 


On the day of the tour, tickets may be purchased starting at 9 a.m. at the Senior/Community Center, 265 Main Street South.  The Center is located behind the Woodbury Library. At the Senior Center ticket-holders will be treated to complimentary beverages and cookies. WCW’s popular holiday kindling baskets and items will be available for purchase. There is plenty of parking at the Senior Center.


Homes on the tour will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Snow date is Sunday, Dec. 9th. Visitors on the tour are asked to bring slippers since shoes must be taken off in the houses.  Taking photos in the homes is not permitted.  In the event of inclement weather, announcements will be made on local radio and television stations.  This information is listed on your ticket.
